Print on Demand Products: All our products are unique and produced only after an order is placed. Due to this personalized nature, we regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges if the customer ordered the wrong size or color, or simply changed their mind.

Damaged Products or Manufacturing Errors: If you receive a damaged product or there has been a manufacturing error, we will gladly offer you a free replacement or a full refund. Please contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Use our “Submit Issue” form and attach a clear photograph showing the problem for efficient assistance.

Failed Deliveries: In case of a failed delivery, you have the option to request a replacement with an additional charge or a partial refund. We strive to ensure safe and prompt delivery of your order and are here to assist you with any issues that may arise during this process.
